Aufgaben
- Als Process Owner richten Sie Qualitätssysteme anhand regulatorischer Vorgaben und/oder divisionalen/globalen Standards aus. Dies beinhaltet die Pflege der Systeme sowie die Entwicklung und Etablierung von Prozessen inklusive eines adäquaten rollenbezogenen Trainings.
- Sie interagieren mit divisionalen & globalen MSOs und tauschen sich mit anderen Standorten und Bereichen aus.
- Sie analysieren Trends in der pharmazeutischen Industrie bzw. intern und initiieren Verbesserungen vor.
- In Ihrer neuen Rolle leiten Sie interdisziplinäre Teams zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung von Qualitätssystemen und -prozessen (z.B. Initiierung und Leitung von Projekten; Koordination, Messen und Überwachen von neu etablierten Prozessen).
- Mit Ihrer Expertise präsentieren und vertreten Sie die Qualitätssysteme gegenüber Gesundheitsbehörden und dem Management.
- Zu Ihrem Aufgabengebiet gehört ebenfalls die quantitative Bewertung des Qualitätssystems anhand von Kennzahlen (KPIs) und stellen die Systemhygiene sicher.

Qualifikation
- Abgeschlossenes Diplom
- oder Master-Studium im naturwissenschaftlichen Bereich z.B. Biochemie, Biologie oder Biopharmazie oder vergleichbare Qualifikation mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung
- Langjährige Erfahrungen innerhalb der pharmazeutischen Industrie in verschiedenen Funktionen wie Quality, Produktionen, QC oder andere Bereiche
- Erfahrung in der Leitung von interdisziplinären Projektteams und im interkulturellen Umgang mit internationalen Kunden
- Umfangreiche Kenntnisse der europäischen und US-amerikanischen cGMP-Regularien sowie Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen in der praktischen Auslegung von Vorgaben
- Projekt
- und Konflikt Management Skills sowie ein starkes Durchsetzungsvermögen
- Kommunikationsstark, Teamgeist sowie eine hohe Sozialkompetenz
- Strukturierter und lösungsorientierter Arbeitsstil sowie ausgeprägte Präsentationstechniken
- Ausgezeichnete Englisch
- sowie Deutsch-Kenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
