**hat you’ll do**

- s a PhD student (f/m/d) you will work with a team of experienced researchers and data scientists working on Foundation Models for structured business dataY
- ou will have the chance to work with some of the richest data sets available in the world addressing real-world problemsT
- he focus is on Privacy in Foundation Models on Structured DataD
- esign and evaluate experiments to assess and advance Data Privacy such as Inference Attacks aiming to extract information from Training DataContribute to research that can be applied to SAP product development with potential for publication and broader impact in the privacy and machine learning community

**hat you bring**

Y
- ou are a PhD student (f/m/d) at least in your second year or PostDocs, ideally specializing in research in one of the following areas: Foundation Models on Structured Data or Privacy-preserving Machine LearningE
- xperience with a strong foundation in machine learning, including building systems utilizing deep learning, LLMs, Foundation ModelsP
- roficient in PyTorch, Python, and HuggingFace Transformers, with a good understanding of statistical analysis and shell programmingA
- plus is having a strong publication record in recognized ML/NLP conferences or journals such as ACL, EMNLP, ICLR, ICML, NeurIPSM
- ust be fluent in EnglishThe duration of the internship is at least 4 months but ideally 6 months and should take place in the first half of 2026
