Senior UI Designer

About the Role

Through your leadership and passion for design you will help us continue to create a culture of collaboration, communication, and excellence in design. You have experience working in an interdisciplinary team of designers and can help harmonize different components of a project or idea

Our senior designers lead projects and teams and work independently on executing visual designs, UX concepts, and strategies for our clients. Working under the design director, you will be asked to present and discuss our work to all stakeholders and always work with the team to improve our processes. Being able to think strategically on behalf of the agency and always keeping the big picture in mind is key

**Responsibilities**:

- Pitch, create, and deliver innovative and diverse visual UI designs for the automotive and mobility sector
- Deliver high quality, pixel perfect screens and assets within timeframe and budget
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team on exciting conceptual UX and product designs aimed at the automotive and mobility sector
- Lead and mentor other designers within your team
- Confidently work on several projects at once
- Able to present complex designs to clients and internal design teams
- Support and improve internal processes, methods and workflows by engaging in a culture of feedback and ideation

**Qualifications**:

- Degree in visual design or comparable vocational training
- Extensive experience working in a digital agency, 6+ years at a minimum
- Experience in the automotive or mobility industry is a plus but not required
- Knowledge of current design advances and standards
- Experience with the latest tools and methodologies, especially Sketch, Figma, Adobe CC
- Understands a creative brief and able to present work efficiently
- English is required, German is a big plus
- Work Experience not exclusively in User Interface Design (Graphic Design, Spatial, Motion etc.)
