Core Responsibilities
- Manage daily administrative tasks to ensure the Marketing department runs smoothly
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, campaign channels
- Gather and analyse client behaviour data (e.g. web traffic and rankings)
- Support the Marketing team in the creation of a SEO and SEA strategy and execution of the company targets into search engine activities
- Assist the Marketing team at the implementation and management of campaigns and events and multi-channel communication
- Coordinate with the Marketing Design and Content teams to create campaign material
- Coordinate with the Marketing team the Marketing newsletters and manage its execution
- Assist the Marketing team in analysing the reports on the marketing and sales metrics and results of past campaigns and events
- Manage in collaboration with MarTech the marketing influenced and generated leads
- Monitor competitors’ marketing activities
- Collaborate across our internal and external ecosystem including with Alliance Partners
- Support other team members, as appropriate

Required Professional Experience and Skills
- German and English language fluent
- Previous experience in marketing, with a focus on using marketing to drive growth and building client relationships
- Knowledge of marketing digital tools and techniques
- Experience with SEO/SEM campaigns
- Solid computer skills, including MS Excel, web analytics and Google Adwords
- Comfortable with change and ambiguity and has the ability to stay focused in such moments
- Strong demand generation skills and client-centric mentality
- Agile and innovative thinker
- Undergraduate degree, ideally with a focus in Marketing
- A certain affinity for content creation would be helpful
