**Responsibility：**

1. Take full responsibility for day-to-day bookkeeping in compliance with HGB (German GAAP);
2. Prepare and post journal entries, manage AP/AR, bank reconciliations, payroll postings ;
3. Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in coordination with our external tax advisor;
4. Handle VAT declarations, statistical filings, and support audits and tax inspections;
5. Contribute to the setup and implementation of the ERP system (SAP);
6. Proactively improve accounting processes and internal controls.

**Requirement**

1. Successfully completed commercial training with further qualification as Bilanzbuchhalter /in (or bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance);
2. At least 3 years of practical accounting experience in Germany, ideally in a small or medium
- sized business;
3. Solid knowledge of German accounting and tax law (HGB, UStG, etc.);
4. Proficient with DATEV, SAP or similar accounting software ;
5. Fluent in German, working knowledge of English (Chinese a plus but not required) ;
6. Hands-on mentality and willingness to take on operational tasks in the startup phase;
7. Structured, reliable and solution-oriented working style.

Pay: 5.000,00€ - 7.000,00€ per month
