The role of a HR Business Partner within DeterTech is one that truly understands how commercial and operational partnerships works and who facilitates the alignment of HR strategy with business outcomes.

**Responsibilities**
- Support the local delivery of the HR people plan and be a first point of contact for all employee related queries
- Responsible for the overall employee experience and assist in embedding the company’s values and behaviours
- Deliver a best-in-class onboarding program for all new recruits
- Coach & Support managers with ER matters
- Analyse trends and metrics with the HR department
- Provide HR policy guidance
- Monitor and report on workforce trends
- Suggest new HR initiatives based on data trends
- Implement and maintain the current People HR Management System and internal databases across all departments and locations
- Oversee our performance Review process
- Review and update our employment contracts and agreements.
- Manage internal communication projects (such as employee satisfaction surveys/best companies survey)
- Measure the effectiveness of our employee benefits programs and recommend improvements
- Co-ordinate employee training and development initiatives
- Ensure our record-keeping and data processing procedures comply with GDPR requirements
- Support managers with their current & future recruitment plans, talent management and induction procedures
- Maintain accurate employee records including any monthly payroll changes

**Requirements**:
As a respected HRBP you will be overseeing our people policies, HR data, compliance and processes to ensure they are up-to-date, effective and delivering real value to the business. You will ensure that accuracy and attention to detail is a fundamental part of your HR skill set along with having a strong commercial acumen. Reporting directly into the Chief People Officer you will be responsible for the quality and maintenance of all HR data deriving from many employee related activities and changes, starting from recruitment through to exit and everything in-between. In addition, you will have your fingers firmly on the pulse of legislation changes and external factors that will help shape new and exciting projects and/or policies to support the attraction, development and retention of DeterTech’s greatest asset - its people

With proven experience in a senior role, You will communicate well with senior managers to express new ideas and suggest solutions, while considering budget limitations and our company culture. Ultimately, you should be able to act as a consultant on human resources management and provide credible data to key stakeholders and the HR team.
