**What awaits you at Mynaric**:

- You will oversee and perform quality inspections for incoming goods, semi-finished products, and finished optical terminals, ensuring compliance with company and aerospace industry standards.
- You will develop and refine inspection instructions, execute this inspection, document results meticulously, and make informed usage decisions.
- Lead the organization and maintenance of the measuring and test equipment inventory, ensuring calibration and readiness.
- Drive root cause analyses and corrective actions for quality defects, collaborating across teams to implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Act as a mentor to junior inspectors, providing guidance and training on advanced inspection techniques and best practices.
- Issue and manage the non-conformance documents and related materials.
- Shift work may be required

**What you bring with you**:

- Extensive professional experience in quality inspection, including proficiency in advanced metrology technologies.
- A proactive, detail-oriented approach with exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Leadership abilities, coupled with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster cross-functional collaboration.
- Fluency in English, with additional languages considered an asset, to facilitate communication in our multicultural environment.
