Our Internal Audit department plays a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards are met by providing independent, objective assurance and consulting services that add value and improve the organization's operations. **About the Role**: We are looking for a motivated Working Student/Intern to join our Internal Audit department in Düsseldorf, Germany. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the field of internal audit while contributing to the implementation of a new internal audit software, AuditBoard. You will work closely with our audit professionals, assisting in various audit activities and supporting the rollout and integration of the software into our audit processes. **Your Responsibilities**: - Support the implementation of AuditBoard by assisting in the configuration, testing, and user training activities. - Assist in the planning, execution, and reporting of internal audits across various business units. - Perform data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and potential risks, and assist in the preparation of audit findings and recommendations. - Help in maintaining accurate audit documentation, ensuring all records are up-to-date and compliant with internal standards. - Contribute to the continuous improvement of audit processes and tools, offering insights and suggestions for enhanced efficiency. - Work closely with team members and other departments to gather information, clarify issues, and facilitate the smooth execution of audit activities. - Provide general administrative support to the Internal Audit team as needed. **Your Qualifications and Skills**: - Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. - Fluency in English is required and proficiency in German or other languages is an advantage, - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). - Basic understanding of internal audit principles and practices. - Interest in learning new software and technology tools. - Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - High level of integrity and ethical standards. - Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges. **What We Offer**: - Hands-on experience in a professional internal audit environment. - Exposure to the implementation of cutting-edge audit software. - Mentorship and guidance from experienced audit professionals. - Opportunity to develop key skills in auditing, data analysis, and software implementation. - Flexible working hours to accommodate your academic schedule. - A supportive and inclusive work environment. **Application Process**:
