To strategically develop our Enterprise Feed, leverage upselling potential, and keep our Community Feed attractive enough to serve as a springboard for new customers, we are looking for you as a **Product Owner Feed (M/F/d)**.

**Your mission**:

- ** Strategic Feed Development**:
You are responsible for shaping and positioning the Enterprise Feed as well as continuously evolving the Community Feed. In doing so, you ensure added value that clearly incentivizes an upgrade to the Enterprise version.
- ** Growth-Oriented Product Leadership**:
You define and track relevant KPIs (e.g., feed coverage) to maximize product growth. Based on market, competitor, and customer analyses, you identify new opportunities and derive innovative features and functions from them.
- ** Roadmap and Backlog Management**:
Together with the development teams, you create and maintain the product roadmap and the backlog. You prioritize requirements based on customer value, market demands, and business goals. In this process, you work closely with the CPO and other Product Owners.
- ** Close Collaboration with Development Teams**:
You work closely with your own development team as well as others. In particular, you collaborate with our Feed Content Team to ensure our market leadership in feed coverage. You make sure that your team members always know what they should be working on, what matters most, and where we’re headed.
- ** Architecture and Security Focus**:
Working with our technical experts, you ensure that the feed architecture is robust, scalable, and future-proof. You also pay close attention to high security standards and optimal performance.
- ** Customer-Centric Focus**:
You ensure that the customer benefit is at the heart of all decisions. Your goal is to help users minimize digital risks as effectively as possible.

**What you offer**:

- Several years of practical experience as a Product Owner, ideally in the context of software products and/or security
- Professional background in software development and a solid understanding of software development processes
- Experience working with agile methods and prioritizing requirements while taking customer value and market dynamics into account
- The ability to present complex issues in an understandable way, set priorities, and inspire your team
- Initiative, self-organization, and strong communication skills

**1. Initial meeting** with the Talent Acquisition Team (Duration: 30-45 minutes)
**2. Interview** with the Hiring Manager and Peer (Duration: approx. 60 minutes)
**3. Final interview** with Department Lead or C-Level (Duration: approx. 60 minutes)

The process may vary slightly depending on the position. For some technical roles, a case study is included between the second and third interview.
