- You will support the team in the area of purchasing and procurement with operational tasks and help to set up our new headquarters in Arnstadt.
- You will organize and manage contracts and communicate with various suppliers
- You will create purchase orders for the department and track payment status in accordance with company processes
- You will assist in keeping meeting minutes
- You will gain in-depth insight into the purchasing department

***That's you**:

- You are studying or have completed a degree in industrial engineering, business administration, or a comparable field of study
- You have already gained initial experience in purchasing, procurement, or facility management through other internships or working student jobs
- You have very good organizational skills and a conscientious and structured approach to work
- You impress us with your open, friendly manner and fluent communication skills in German and English; knowledge of Chinese is an advantage
