Über Dole:
Was Sie erwartet:

- Überprüfung des elektronischen Einlesens sowie eigenständige Kontierung der nationalen und internationalen Lieferantenrechnungen
- Klärung von Rechnungsunstimmigkeiten mit dem Vertrieb in Hamburg und Antwerpen sowie mit den Lieferanten
- Überwachung der elektronischen Review und Approval-Prozesse
- Lieferantenmanagement (u.a. Stammdatenpflege) sowie Kontenabstimmung und Analysen
- Bearbeitung von Mahnungen, Saldenbestätigungen und Bankausgängen
- Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung des Cash Forecasts in Abstimmung mit dem Controlling
- Erstellung manueller Zahlungen und Zahlläufen unter Einhaltung des Cash Forecasts
- Erstellung monatlichen Meldungen für Deutschland und anderen Ländern (z.B. Intrastat)
- Unterstützung bei den monatlichen Berichtserstattung sowie Mitarbeit bei Prüfungen
- Kontinuierliche Verbesserung der technischen Prozesse und Mitwirken bei Projekten

Was Sie mitbringen sollten:

- Minimum 3-5 Jahre Berufserfahrung durch ähnliche Aufgaben, möglichst im Konzernumfeld, Kenntnisse des Abwicklungsverfahrens des Lebensmitteleinzelhandels von Vorteil
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung o.ä.
- Ergebnis-, prozessorientierte und strukturierte Arbeitsweise in fachübergreifenden Teams
- Hands-on Mentalität, proaktive und selbständige Arbeitsweise
- Systemaffinität, gute bis sehr gute Kenntnisse in Business Central / Document Capture sowie in Excel
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
