We are currently seeking a **Commercial/Technology Legal Counsel (M/F/d)** to work with various Axiom clients across all industries.

**Responsibilities**:

- Working with and advising business and compliance clients directly, as well as providing guidance and practical solutions;
- Providing legal advice and support on a variety of corporate legal matters in a fast-paced international environment;
- Drafting and negotiating a wide variety of commercial contracts, including supply, distribution, purchasing, service and technology licensing agreements;
- Providing legal advice regarding privacy compliance requirements and opportunities for improvement of privacy policies, including negotiating data privacy contract clauses.

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- 1st and 2nd German state exams; additional degree or specialisation is a plus;
- 3 years'+ experience with corporate or commercial law in an in-house and/or law firm environment;
- Hands on experience in processing and drafting contracts, especially in the digital environment (SaaS, Cloud Computing) as well as in IT law;
- Practical experience in creating, evaluation and negotiation of contracts;
- Fluency in German and English;
- Strong communication and analytical skills;
- Part-time or full-time availability.
