Then Emma is the right place for you. **What you'll do**: - Oversee the group's financial accounting and ensure timely and accurate reporting in compliance with IFRS. - Manage consolidation of financial statements for 25+ entities, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements. - Coordinate with local finance teams to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data. - Implement and improve internal controls and accounting policies. - Streamline accounting processes and systems, optimizing the use of MS Business Central / MS Finance & Operations (SAP skills are a plus). - Prepare audit schedules and liaise with external auditors. - Contribute to ad-hoc financial analyses and projects, driving data-driven decision-making. - Be an active part of our entrepreneurial culture by sharing your financial expertise and creative problem-solving skills. **Who we're looking for**: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. - Some experience in group accounting, preferably within a fast-paced environment. - Expert knowledge of IFRS. - Proficiency in MS Business Central / MS Finance & Operations is a plus (SAP SEM skills are a double plus). - Fluency in German is a strong plus. - A problem-solving mindset with strong analytical and organizational skills. - Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. - A team player with a "can-do" attitude, embracing our "one team, one dream" philosophy. **What we offer**: - A combination of personal and company growth to accelerate your career and help you reach your goals. - The chance to work on exciting and challenging projects either independently or as part of a dedicated, international team. - Responsibility and decision-making authority from day one—you'll create an impact with new, innovative ideas and help shape our company DNA. - To work and learn from experts in diverse fields and get to know your team members at exciting company events. **Become an Emmie** Emma is transforming the world of sleep - **and we want the highest-performing people to help us pull it off. **We want you.
