**Job Description**:
Omio seeks a Director of Product to lead our User Acquisition and Consumer Experience efforts.

At our core, we're looking for a visionary leader and vibrant team member who can envision, strategize and execute on the future of our users’ booking experience. We want you to lead a team that will solve all customers' problems and needs and bring unique value to each of them.

What are the specific tasks for this role?
- Oversee the vision, strategy, and a detailed roadmap for the User Acquisition and Consumer Experience tribes, bringing unique value for our users
- Mentor and manage Product managers in your 1-2 tribes to help create and deliver the User Acquisition and Consumer Experience vision and strategy
- Define and support our goals and KPIs by solving the right problems to improve consumer experience
- Nurture a data-driven experimental process, both hands-on in the data and collaborating with analysts to uncover opportunities, test hypotheses, and prioritise the roadmap.
- Bring to life insights and knowledge around our users to ensure the customer is at the heart of every decision in the product organisation and beyond.
- Communicate your tribe's vision, goals, and progress across the company at every opportunity, ensuring everyone understands the User Acquisition and Consumer Experience tribes plans.
- Work closely with every other company departments (marketing, commercial, operations, etc.) to align business goals, customer needs and product vision.
- Work with the other Tribe leads to provide a superb end-to-end customer experience through shared vision, customer understanding, and initiatives.

**What does a typical Director of Product do at Omio?**
- Establish a shared vision across the company by building an agreement on product execution with an understanding of Omio's USPs
- Lead a team of seasoned Product Managers
- Work closely with other leadership members to set and influence global product strategy
- Guide product development with several groups of experienced engineers and designers leaders
- Own the outcome of the User Acquisition and Consumer Experience tribes work, providing detailed insights into KPI impact for the management team. You'll report to the CPO with connections to other leadership team members in Tech, Design, and Marketing.

**Qualifications**:
**What you bring to the table**
- You'll have over 10 years of experience in Product development
- You’ll have experience mentoring, coaching, and managing a team of product managers
- You'll have a background in launching products that improve the business.
- You have a strong analytical mindset and approach (qualitative and quantitative), using data to understand users, uncover insights and prioritise your roadmap.
- You have a passion for balancing data-driven and customer-centric product management, always thinking about what the customer needs.
- You've shipped complex products in a fast-growing company before while working with non-tech team members.
- You're a natural storyteller who loves to engage the wider organisation, sharing insights, results, and plans.
