**About the role**

After successful launches in 9 countries worldwide, Bark is expanding in Germany and we are looking for Customer Service Executives to join our team who can speak German fluently, and has at least a good level of understanding English. We are looking for energetic and enthusiastic people with a flair for sales to come and make a difference to our team.
**Responsibilities**
- Be a product expert, assisting new and existing professionals with any queries that they may have
- Taking inbound calls from our professionals
- Onboarding new professionals to the platform and educating them about our upscale options
- Talk with prospective professionals, discussing the benefits of Bark and how we can help them grow their business
- Assisting with the day to day team inbox (we use Zendesk)
**Shifts**
For Germany, our lines are open 9:00am to 6:00pm Monday to Friday.

- Exceptional attention to detail
- Fluent spoken and written German, with a positive, clear and confident communication style
- Fair level of English to connect with our headquarters in London
- Driven and motivated with a great work ethic
- An eagerness to learn and progress within the company
- Self starter
- An interest in sales, which could top up your base salary (no experience required)
