Join us and become part of inveox’ success story As Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist (M/F/d) you will lead all hiring activities for a number of defined roles in teams such as sales, customer success, product and technology, and many more in our current 2 locations in Krakow and Munich.
But it doesn’t stop there - talent acquisition is so much more for us. You’ll be the main point of contact for all employees as well
- You independently work your way into assigned search profiles and create a search strategy according to it.
- You know how to gather market information and mapping, collecting relevant data and how to effectively attract talent driving search activities deriving thereof
- You define role scorecards, write job advertisements, and distribute these in your network and on suitable channels
- You have creative ideas of how to attract talent
- You drive active sourcing initiatives on social platforms like LinkedIn or XING and others
- You constantly develop the recruitment process further by being up-to-date on recruitment trends, market insights, and new (technical) solutions
**Requirements**:
- You have gained in-depth experience in driving a full life cycle in talent acquisition in a fast pace growth environment
- You have recruited for cross-functional roles ranging from IT, sales to technology in more than one country, building relationships with hiring managers in remote locations
- You drive a swift, lean recruitment process, working closely with your co-workers based in Munich
- You are energetic and a self-starter
- You have organizational talent as well as a structured and organized style of working
- You are creative and have a solution-oriented mindset: you are a hands-on-person
- You speak German & English fluently (both at least C1 level) and have exceptional communication skills
