**What are you going to do**:
A thriving global company has an exciting opportunity for a meticulous and driven procurement specialist with fluency in both Dutch and English to become a valued member of their team in the energetic city of Berlin.
As a full-time procurement specialist, you'll be in charge of ensuring the seamless movement of raw materials, technical goods, and essential services to businesses across Europe.
A core part of your day-to-day will involve expertly handling order confirmations. You'll manage incoming confirmations, primarily in PDF format, and make use of OCR software to precisely extract key details like pricing and delivery timelines.
Your responsibilities will also encompass actively engaging in the complete Purchase-to-Pay cycle, adhering to company procurement policies, and collaborating closely with internal partners on order management. This includes securing timely deliveries, resolving any inconsistencies, and maintaining accurate contract information. You'll be the go-to person for operational procurement inquiries, providing support to internal clients, suppliers, strategic sourcing managers, and finance teams.
