About the Role We are looking for a passionate Senior UI/UX Designer to work on future-oriented design concepts and outstanding interactive experiences for our clients. Your Team You will be part of a super innovative group of multidisciplinary experts: Researchers, UI/UX designers, 3D artists, and software developers - called "Future Experience." We are mixing design and technologies to connect brands with consumers in a most immersive way, continuously explore future trends and experiment with a broad spectrum of cutting-edge technologies to create groundbreaking digital experiences for world-scale clients around the globe. What You Will Do - Developing a high-class and wide spectrum user interface design for digital/physical experiences, from the web and native apps to AR and VR solutions. - Designing complex user flows and customer journeys - Supporting projects from the design and ideation phases till going live by integrating user feedback and business requirements into ongoing experiences - Driving the iterative design process of product features from end-to-end, including ideation, sketching, mockups, low - & high fidelity prototyping, user testing, interaction concepts, and final UI design - Bringing consistency of visual language to our experiences and touchpoints of our products while considering the specificity of the environment and the brands that we working with. - Excellent problem-solving skills and familiarity with technical constraints and limitations - Creating and defining hypotheses, KPIs, and their measurements to conclude on the best next steps What You Need - 3-5 years working experience within the UI/UX domain - Deep understanding of design principles and industry trends - Demonstrating a solid understanding of work process methodology including wireframes/ mockups, design explorations, and workflows - Experience designing for AR and VR platforms (HoloLens, Oculus Quest) and projects in your portfolio demonstrating expertise in user experience and spatial design, with a strong understanding of graphic design principles - Ability to single-handily execute design while working independently and remotely in a mixture of "all together" and "together alone" modes. - Experience with Figma and Adobe creative design tools - Passion for new cutting-edge technologies, metaverse, web3 and spatial experiences.
