**Team Leader (m/w/d) Logistics Operations In
- und Outbound**

Das ist deine Aufgabe

Als Teil unserer Führungsmannschaft leitest Du unser Team in den Teilbereichen Wareneingang und Warenausgang. Als Teamleiter*in
- planst, koordinierst und überwachst Du die Arbeitsabläufe und stellst die reibungslose Abwicklung des Tagesgeschäftes sicher
- verantwortest Du die Personaleinsatzplanung unter Berücksichtigung der verfügbaren Ressourcen
- bist Du für die Umsetzung von Verbesserungen der Logistikprozesse mitverantwortlich und wirst bei der Durchführung von Projekten mit einbezogen
- überwachst Du die Einhaltung und Umsetzung aller relevanten Arbeitsanweisungen und Sicherheitsvorschriften
- entwickelst Du die Mitarbeiter*innen bei Qualifizierungsbedarfen

Das bringst du mit
- Entweder eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur Fachkraft für Lagerlogistik, eine Weiterbildung zum Logistikmeister, Handelsfachwirt oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
- die Erlaubnis zum Führen von Flurförderfahrzeugen (Frontstapler), sowie der Besitz eines Ladungssicherungsscheins
- umfassende Erfahrungen in allen logistikrelevanten Prozessen um die Schnittstellen zu verstehen und somit optimal unterstützen zu können
- Führungserfahrung innerhalb des Bereichs Handel-/Industrielogistik
- Erste Erfahrungen im Umgang mit moderner Logistiktechnik ist von Vorteil
- Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office und unserem Lagerverwaltungssystem SAP (EWM)
- Eigeninitiative und eine strukturierte und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise
