Operational Buyer

At KWS Berlin, we are looking for an
- **Operational Buyer for our operations in South America** within the Global Transaction Center as part of our ONEGLOBE initiative. He/She will work with the Lead of GTC Procurement Team to provide effective and highly efficient processes while providing efficient and state-of-the-art transactional services to internal and external clients on a daily basis. The Procurement Associate will guide and support business users in all relevant aspects, also driving continuous process improvement and facilitating the standardization, digitalization, and automation of the end-to-end source-to-pay process.**Your responsibilities**:

- Process purchase requisitions and orders for Goods & Services and in accordance to the defined service level agreement (SLA).
- Process requests from users via the internal ticketing system in accordance to the defined service level agreement (SLA).
- Conduct and analyze requests for quotations (RFQs) and execute tactical buying for Goods and Services for defined and approved spend categories.
- Monitor the spending patterns in the supported legal entities and provide suggestions on potential catalog implementation for defined and approved spend categories.
- Support KWS legal entity integration plan as applicable, performing the necessary tasks during the process roll-out.
- Drive PO quota improvement initiatives in the supported legal entities.
- Run end-user education and trainings on the procurement process and tools.

**Your profile**:

- Preferably academic degree in Business Administration or related field
- Preferably two or more years of professional experience in procurement
- Knowledge of general procurement processes and compliance procedures
- Experience in shared service centers
- Experience in working in ERP systems
- Process-driven team player with analytical skills, solid judgment, decision-making capabilities and extraordinary service attitude
- Fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese, any other language is an advantage (French, Italian)
