**Job Purpose/ Role**:
At AGCS our Human Resources department has an in-depth understanding of the business, to deliver a best-in-class support and counsel service to our managers. Global Reward & Performance is a specialist area dealing with performance, compensation, benefits and mobility. Among others programs, our work supports the annual performance and compensation cycle, grading, benchmarking and key account management. This is closely linked to various insights and collaborations with other departments.

This student position is ideal for someone who wants to gain experience working in a corporate HR department for a large and complex global organization. It is also an opportunity for personal development through networking and learning more about the operational aspect of performance management, mobility and grading.

**Responsibilities**:
In this role you will
- Support Global Rewards and Performance team with the various tasks
- Operate and occasionally build Excel-based tools to perform analyses and calculations efficiently and accurately
- Support maintain, document and administer compensation/grading/performance/mobility data in various IT systems and liaise with local HR on data quality
- Collate and present results of data analysis via Excel or PowerPoint for management meetings and/or reporting purposes
- Develop regularly data and special case reports
- Support preparation of annual review processes
- Ensure documentation tracking in ongoing workflows as well process improvement when necessary

**To be successful in the role**:
You will have.
- Profound Excel skills, and very good MS Office skills (Word, Power Point)
- Affinity to and ideally experience with HR IT tools such as SuccessFactors.
- Intercultural awareness and “can
- do” attitude. You will need to work on tasks independently, therefore high organizational and communicational capabilities as well as a proactive attitude, are required.
- Fluent in English. Advanced German would be highly desirable
- You’re currently enrolled in University (preferably in Business, Psychology, IT, or Accounting)
- You have very good analytical and conceptual capabilities
