**What you'll be doing**:

- We are seeking a highly motivated **Trainee Anti-Fraud (f/m/d)** with expertise in AI-driven fraud detection techniques. In this role, you will work with data scientists, security analysts, and compliance teams to develop and refine machine learning models that identify and mitigate fraudulent activities. In this role you will:

- Utilize AI and machine learning models to detect fraudulent transactions and patterns
- Collaborate with data science teams to enhance fraud detection algorithms
- Monitor real-time transaction data and respond to potential fraud alerts
- Conduct deep analysis on emerging fraud schemes and recommend countermeasures
- Develop and implement fraud prevention strategies and policies
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with financial regulations
- Leverage predictive analytics to assess risk and proactively mitigate threats
- Report on fraud trends, case investigations, and AI model performance

You also match with the following requirements:

- You are in the final stages of your Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field with very good/excellent academic performance, or have completed your studies within the last 2 years
- You have proven experience in fraud detection, risk management, or cybersecurity
- You have a good knowledge of data analytics, SQL, Python, or R
- Proficiency in machine learning techniques and AI-driven fraud detection tools is a plus
- Experience with financial crime compliance and regulatory requirements is plus
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to communicate complex AI-driven insights to non-technical stakeholders
