**JOB DESCRIPTION**

The social media manager is responsible to streamline, analyze, manage and improve our activities on our various owned social media handles such as Instagram, Facebook and TikTok to help increase brand awareness, engagement and content quality for our brands Vitamin Well, Barebells and NOCCO in Germany and Austria.

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Implementation and execution of social media strategy.
- Ensure we receive and post content from events, ambassadors, and our communities.
- Ensure we have a good mix of content across platforms.
- Reply to comments, DMs, and tagged posts to grow engagement.
- Implementation of product launches and campaign strategies across all social channels.
- Structure and implement trending moments and highlights.
- Ensure photo shoots includes material across all channels.
- Implement a structure of how to highlight retail chains and e-commerce.
- Manage and ensure we have the same tone of voice across all channels.
- Ensure studio orders are briefed in for launches, event highlights and various design requests.

Your role involves responsibility for our social platforms strategy and execution for NOCCO, Barebells and Vitamin Well in Germany and Austria in alignment with the global strategy to engage our fans, reach new audiences and grow our following. This includes analysis, the detailed and strategic planning, creation and posting of engaging and involving content in different channels such as Instagram, TikTok and Facebook.

Further, you will ensure that our different activations, ambassadors, events and partnerships are being highlighted across relevant channels to build the brands and maximize our investments. You will define the appearance of our brands on the german and austrian social media platforms. You will also be responsible for integrating our own e-commerce channels in our daily postings and drive traffic to the D2C-sites. In addition to above you will also be supporting the marketing team in their ongoing work with ideas on how to grow the brands in social media.

**WHO ARE YOU?**

You love ideation about content, structured content planning based on performance analytics? You love to engage with different audiences on social media and new followers and fans make you feel pumped? Then, this one is for you. We believe that you have previously been working within the social media field, have a good eye for esthetics and are a structured, analytical and driven person who likes any challenge given. An extra merit if you have experience within photography or earlier experience such athlete/influencer agreements connected to social media.
