**Aufgaben**:

- Join our team and play a key role in the development, maintenance, and digitalization of our Integrated Management System (IMS).
- As a working student, you will support the day-to-day operational business in administrative and organizational matters, especially focusing on our IMS Document Management.
- You will act as a competent contact person in continuous exchange with our internal stakeholders to drive the development of respective solutions.
- Gain deep insights into the description and definition of quality objectives, including suitable KPIs to monitor the efficiency and effectiveness of our processes.
- Engage in the continuous improvement process and participate in reporting measures to track quality objectives within the organization.
- Support the follow-up of corrective and preventive actions from internal and external audits.
- Create inspiring learning content: Develop e-learning materials and training videos that elevate our quality management to the next level.

**Profil**:

- You are an enrolled bachelor’s or master’s student (M/F/d) in business studies, industrial engineering, or a comparable degree program.
- Ideally, you have initial insights into quality management.
- You have good German and English language skills.
- You are a communicative team player who enjoys working with various departments and wants to make a real difference.
- In addition to your personality, you convince with an independent and goal-oriented working style.
- You are curious and always looking for opportunities to develop and learn.
