**Key responsibilities**:

- Management of Finance in Motion’s Information Security Management Framework through implementation and maintenance FiM’s Information Security Management System (ISMS) by understanding business risks and needs, providing advisory, analyzing and implementing regulatory updates, ensuring policies and processes comply with external regulations such as BaFin’s KAIT.
- Implement and maintain an IT risk management process to address IT and security risks.
- Maintain the incident response system to address FiM’s security incidents.
- Support the Business Continuity Management by ensuring that respective plans are created, regularly tested, and complemented by the IT Disaster Recovery Plans.
- Lead and / or support the implementation or enhancement of Information Security controls
- Keep abreast with the latest security and privacy regulations, alerts, and vulnerabilities relevant to FiM’s business
- Promote and ensure continuous employees’ awareness to Information Security & Data Protection topics
- Provide advice and guidance as an Information Security Subject Matter Expert.
- Knowledge of privacy and data protection practices are welcomed including EU’s GDPR (DSGVO)

**What we expect**:

- University studies in computer science, information systems or other relevant disciplines, a master’s degree is an advantage
- Sufficient amount of relevant work experience in IT/Information Security
- Certification in information security (e.g., CISSP, CCSP, CISA, CISM) is an advantage
- An open eye to the latest technological trends and advances in IT security
- Sound knowledge of IT specific regulations and relevant security standards
- Analytical thinker with a structured and result-oriented approach to work
- Open communication style
- Excellent written and spoken English, German language competency is a strong advantage
- Demonstrable commitment to Finance in Motion´s vision/mission
