Employment location will be Bonn, Germany.- As Assistant to the Chief Marketing and Communications Officer, you will be responsible for organizing the secretariat and ensuring a smooth exchange of information at board level and within the marketing department.**Your responsibilities**: - Management of the office of the Chief Marketing & Communications Officer including scheduling - Organizational and administrative preparation and follow-up of appointments and events - Organization of the cooperation of the marketing management team - Participation in marketing projects - Preparation of letters, presentations, minutes and other documents**Your profile**: - Commercial training and several years of professional experience in a similar position - Strong ability to cooperate and flexibility - High degree of reliability, accuracy and organizational skills - Confident, professional and friendly appearance - Independent and systematic way of working - Sound knowledge of MS-Office, in particular Power Point and Excel - Very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken**Our offer**: - We offer you the opportunity to work in a responsible and interesting field as part of an extremely dedicated team.
