Are you passionate about driving brand visibility and sales performance in the outdoor industry? We're looking for a Trade Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team and coordinate and drive the implementation of trade marketing plans across direct markets, with a key focus on DACH.

As a seasoned Trade Marketing Specialist, you will be the bridge between our brand strategy and the consumer experience at the point of sale. You’ll play a key role in developing and executing impactful trade marketing plans across outdoor retail and e-retail channels. Working closely with retail, marketing and sales teams, you’ll help bring our brand to life in-store and online, ensuring consistent and compelling brand presence in a competitive marketplace.

**Please note: This is a field-based role and will require frequent travel across the DACH region and other direct markets.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate & execute Trade Marketing Plans aligned with global brand regional and global direction.
- Increase product sell-out and brand visibility by optimising POS materials, promotions, in-store displays, and digital campaigns.
- Collaborate with sales teams to tailor marketing activities for key accounts and ensure maximum ROI.
- Coordinate events and trade shows to promote brand engagement, generate leads, and boost awareness.
- Monitor and track trade marketing spend across direct markets to ensure accurate forecasting and alignment with budget guidelines.
- Serve as local liaison with the EMEA Marketing team to ensure localization of assets and activities for DACH

**Qualifications** Education & Experience**:

- Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred
- 3-5 years of trade marketing experience, ideally within the outdoor, lifestyle, or consumer goods industry.
- Proven track record in the German-speaking market (DACH) and familiarity with European retail environments.
- Experience with omni-channel strategies and digital marketing tactics.

**Key Skills & Competencies**:

- Deep understanding of point-of-sale marketing, in-store promotions, and merchandising.
- Commercial mindset with strong retail and sales affinity.
- Ability to interpret market data and consumer insights to shape marketing plans.
- Excellent communication skills in German (native) and English (fluent).
- Strong organizational, project management, and interpersonal skills.
