As Senior Vice President Operations (M/F/d) for our division, you will play a critical role in shaping our global operations strategy and ensuring we deliver excellence to our customers worldwide. You will lead a diverse, international team, driving operational efficiency, lean excellence, and quality while supporting our mission to advance sustainable agriculture.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Lead the global operations organization as a trusted member of the extended division board
- Shape and execute a high-impact global production strategy and optimize footprint
- Drive productivity gains and embed lean excellence across production and logistics
- Streamline the supply chain while maximizing capital efficiency
- Make strategic Make-or-Buy decisions and enhance order fulfillment processes
- Cut quality costs by advancing robust quality systems and culture
- Optimize inventory management to strengthen working capital performance
- Champion and enforce QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, Environment) standards globally
- Collaborate with excellence functions, leveraging analysis to refine and elevate processes

Your profile and qualifications:

- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
- Proven ability to lead international and diverse teams
- Extensive experience in Production, Supply Chain, and Change Management
- Deep expertise in supply and demand planning, warehousing, and logistics within multi-site environments
- Strong business process and lean excellence knowledge across production and supply chain functions
- Extensive experience with industry-standard ERP systems, including implementation and operational use
- Fluent in English and German
