Playing a crucial role in the smooth running of our business, you’ll support our forecasting and planning cycle. You’ll supporting the Commercial leaders as a strategic business partner in delivering profitable financial growth while providing a full spectrum of financial control and financial support to the /customers within Reckitt DE. You'll:

- Independent supervision of assigned customers/channels, including coordination with the partners involved
- Responsibility for month-end closing and trade accrual management
- Largely independent preparation of plans, reports, forecasts and analyses and deriving measures and proposals
- Supporting in preparation of input for business/customer reviews
- Carrying out analyses and evaluations as well as deriving measures and proposals including possible risk/opportunity assessments
- Participation in various projects in controlling and with business partners (cross functionally)
- Business partner role to the stakeholders - mainly Key Account Managers, Sales Director and Finance Director to provide the financial insight and intelligence our leadership depends on to make critical decisions
- Support Key Account managers providing necessary tools and information for year-end negotiations with customers
- Ultimately, your analysis will provide the insights that allows us to grow our business and manage our costs

**You’ll succeed because**

you’ve experience in accounting or financial analysis. You:

- Have worked with general ledger and reporting systems and taken responsibility for planning and forecasting
- Thrive under pressure and hit tight deadlines
- Have a close attention to detail and your analytical mindset means you spot trends and anomalies others miss
- Most importantly, you’re an excellent communicator, able to influence others using facts and data.
- Have a minimum B2 level in German and excellent communication skills in ENglish in both speaking and writing
- Have 2-3 years experience in Commercial Controlling
