Creating Confidence is our path to success; and it could soon be yours, too. **Your Responsibilities**: Responsible for the content architecture and implementation of the existing ServiceNow products "ITSM" and "ITOM" as product owner, including the functions and processes contained therein Planning, coordination, and control of product functionalities in collaboration with the platform owner and the process owners of the ITSM ITIL processes, the ITOM processes, and the functional owners Continuous improvement of the overarching module implementation in coordination with the Platform Owner ServiceNow and the Process Owners Providing dashboards and reporting on the process KPIs of ITSM and ITOM processes in coordination with the platform owner Consulting and supporting the process and functional owners in planning, technical process design, evaluation, and implementation of new ITSM and ITOM product services Responsible for the technical documentation of modifications and configurations for overarching ITSM and ITOM product implementations Planning and conducting regular information for stakeholders about projects, implementations, and innovations in the ServiceNow context of ITSM and ITOM Developing, maintaining, and updating communication/marketing measures for the products ITSM and ITOM, as well as the functions implemented therein Writing epics and user stories, defining features around the responsible area **Your Profile**: Completed technical degree or comparable skills and abilities acquired in practical work life At least three years of experience in the ServiceNow environment, IT Service Management, and IT Operations Management Very good skills and experience in implementing ITSM/ITIL and ITOM processes and solutions, with a very good procedural/functional and technical understanding of a CMDB and the ServiceNow data model Ability to independently model well-thought-through and structured processes IT service management and ITIL process experience in operational use as part of an IT organization that has worked in this structure Experience in working successfully in an agile environment Intercultural experience Independent, solution-oriented, and structured way of working Interest in new and innovative solution approaches Friendly, communicative, and team-oriented appearance Comfort zone also includes public speaking situations Basic travel readiness Very good English skills in writing and speaking **Your Benefit**: A wide range of training and development opportunities.
