**About TOA**:
Tech Open Air is Europe’s leading interdisciplinary technology festival. Our mission is to connect, grow and inspire the human spirit through knowledge exchange and collaboration on the intersections of tech, music, art and science. By bringing together technological change-makers with other disciplines, we help the disrupted better anticipate the future and the technologists better understand the world they change.

With 200 international speakers, 200 satellite events, Haus of Tech exhibition hall and over 20k attendees TOA19 was our biggest edition so far. Now we would like you to join us and help us grow even further. Join us for one hell of a ride.

**Your Role**:
The program curator is part of TOA’s Content team, which takes care of all the 200 main stage speakers at TOA. The Content team’s goal is to bring speakers to share their knowledge, learnings, and stories on stage. Join the content team in researching, thinking, and communicating ideas and content with speakers, creating unique talks for TOA stages. Our past speakers include CxO’s from Amazon, Google, Reddit and Quora, luminaries like Yuval Noah Harari & Jeanette Epps, the German Minister of State and Digitalisation or climate activists like Luisa Neubauer.

**Responsibilities include**:
The content team works closely together to build the stage program at TOA. This includes:

- Researching, finding, and inviting speakers
- Creating a speaker database together with Head of Content with up to date speaker data
- Establishing and maintaining speaker relations
- Producing the speaking engagements (talk descriptions, preparation calls, stage schedule)
- Managing speaker experience together with Speaker Operations (logistics, side events)
- A curious mindset
- Great research skills and ability to comprehend ideas and content quickly
- Capability to synthesize broad ideas into interesting, individual content angles
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (English)
- Ability to establish meaningful relationships with our speakers is key
- Self-starter with great execution skills: capable of advancing own projects independently
- Ability to take quick decisions when required & keeping calm in the busier times
- Problem solving skills
- Openness to work at the intersection of other internal teams and taking over tasks to support each other
- Knowledge of Hubspot or other CRM systems would be a plus
- Good knowledge of the German startup & VC ecosystem would be a plus
