Are you passionate about driving sustainable change and develop strategies for climate change adaption? AECOM is seeking a dynamic and visionary Practice Lead for ESG, Sustainability, and Climate Change Adaptation to join our team. This pivotal role is crucial to our ambition of continuing the growth path of our environmental business line. Our Expectations:

- Inspirational Leadership: As a Practice Lead for ESG, Sustainability and Climate Change Adaption, you will inspire and empower your team to achieve excellence in ESG and Sustainability projects, fostering a culture of caring, innovation and collaboration
- Client Engagement and Business Development: Cultivate and expand client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor on ESG and Climate matters. Drive business development efforts, identify opportunities, and lead client pursuits to support our regional growth strategy.
- Comprehensive Strategy Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales and business development strategy for ESG and Climate advisory services. Collaborate with partners and teams across the firm to deliver integrated solutions to clients.
- Industry Expertise: Stay ahead of the curve by exploring emerging trends and pioneering new approaches in ESG and Climate Change Adaptation.

**Qualifications**
- Strong Background in ESG, Sustainability and Climate: You have extensive professional experience in ESG, Sustainability and Climate Change Adaption.
- Sales and Business Development Expertise: You have experience in Business Development in the ESG, Sustainability and Climate Change Adaption markets, working with corporate, finance sector but also SME and public sector clients.
- Client Relationship Management: You foster existing client relationships and networks as well as entering making contact to new clients to drive our business growth.
- Innovative ESG Strategist: You bring a forward-thinking approach to ESG, Sustainability, and Climate Change Adaptation. With your strong technical expertise, you are keen on developing new ideas. Visionary thinking is what makes a role attractive for you.
