JOUW JOB
Als sales support ben jij de administratieve ondersteuning voor ons commercieel team. Onze accountmanagers staan in voor het commerciële contact met de klanten, jij werkt nauw met hun samen in het verwerken van de bestellingen.
- In je mailbox vind je bestellingen van klanten die onder jouw verantwoordelijkheid vallen. Deze verwerk je in samenspraak met de verantwoordelijke accountmanager
- Je verwerkt de goedgekeurde offertes en bestellingen via de webshop en zet deze om in orders. In dat proces hou je rekening met voorraden, transportregels en garanties
- Vervolgens regel je de transporten en zorg je ervoor dat alles vlotjes bij de klant komt. Jij informeert de klanten wanneer ze hun bestelling mogen verwachten
- Ging er toch iets mis of is er schade? Dan vraag jij de RMA en een herfacturatie aan
- Je boekt de transacties en zorgt voor de operationele afhandeling
- Daarnaast ben je in eerste lijn verantwoordelijk voor het opnemen van de telefoon die via het algemeen nummer binnenkomen. Je denkt hierbij mee aan verbeterprocessen om dit zo vlot mogelijk te laten verlopen
- Als laatste ben je ook de back-up van onze technical sales support. D.w.z. het verwerken van offerte aanvragen bij onze leveranciers, coördinatie tussen klant en de technische teams,...
JOUW PROFIEL
- Je bent een administratieve duizendpoot. Jij zorgt er namelijk voor dat alles vlot en met oog voor detail wordt afgehandeld
- Een goede klantenservice maakt jou gelukkig. Met jouw organisatietalent zorg je er voor dat alles vlot verloopt
- Communicatie, zowel nationaal als internationaal, is een van je sterkste troeven
- Je bent analystisch aangelegd
- Je bent een echte teamplayer. Samen met het commercial team breng je onze klantenservice naar een hoger niveau
- Geen 2 dagen zijn hetzelfde. Als sales support medewerker moet je dus snel kunnen schakelen. Daarom zoeken we iemand met een bachelor werk-/denkvermogen en min. 1 jaar ervaring in een sales-support rol
- Bechtle is een internationaal bedrijf. Vloeiend Nederlands en Engels spreken is dus een must. Parlez-vous français? Dan heb je alvast een streepje voor
