**Type**: Internship, full-time, based in Munich, starting in April

Hi there, we’re Lilla and Bella, founders of Hatched. We aim to build high-quality startups by offering a cofounder matching software with a global entrepreneurial talent pool that can be easily integrated within any online community. Together we bring good vibes, complementary skills, strong industry experience and a professional network in the EU’s buzzing startup ecosystem.

So far we developed our MVP together with our Tech Lead Mohit, closed several industry-leading companies as customers, generating 5-figure revenues already, launched a successful crowdfunding campaign and won several startup competitions. Next we’re fundraising to grow the product and team further. To start with we’re looking for an entrepreneurial and driven founder’s associate to join our team.

Tasks

**You’re role**:
Collaborate closely with Bella and Lilla on daily business operations. Your main responsibilities will be:

- Supporting in accounting and fundraising, including market analysis
- Setting up our sales pipeline within Hubspot and coordinating sales communication
- Organising customer and end user feedback and finding a way to automate handling & reports
- Conceptualizing and creating product demos and LinkedIn content

We like to work smart so your number one goal will be to identify operational inefficiencies in the way we handle all these tasks and automate as much manual processes as you can.

**Requirements**:
As our ideal team member you’re ‍ ‍
- a driven, self-motivated, organised and hands-on student or graduate in business administration or similar fields
- with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- a high interest in the startup environment, ideally with past experiences in an early stage startup
- ideally located in or around Munich to meet once or twice a week
- proficient in English (no requirement for German)
