Tasks
- Supporting our Sales Unit
- Assisting our Support Team in daily operations, especially escalation cases and contract related requests
- Onboarding and training of new support team agents
- Engaging with customers to resolve issues that come through as support tickets to our team
- Proactively identifying opportunities to develop solutions that help the team achieve our goals
- Keeping workflow documentation up to date
- Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
- Driving revenue for small and medium customers
- Owning our content calendar
- Ensuring all client requests are answered correctly and in a timely manner (e.g. contract requests)
**Requirements**:
- 1-3 years of experience as a team lead in customer/client support
- Experience working with systems such as Zoho Desk or Atlassian IT-SM
- Experience in Sales and Sales support
- Fluent in English language, both written and oral
- Communicative, goal-oriented and committed
- Flexible and service-oriented
**Pluses**:
- Interest in Gaming or/and Esports
- Further language skills
