About the Role

**Responsibilities**:
As our new People Operations Intern, you will work with our international and growing People Team to provide our current and future employees the best possible employee experience throughout their job cycle. You will support and assist the team with the day-to-day business as well as multiple projects, helping you get everything out of this learning experience.

**Your day-to-day will include**:

- Supporting the People Operations team with organization and maintenance of employee files with our HRIS Personio
- Collecting information for creation of HR documents such as employment contracts
- Assisting with adhoc tasks and assignments
- Assisting with payroll accounting

**Qualifications**:
You are a student in Psychology, Business Administration, HR, or a related field. You are eager to assist and learn about different HR processes and People initiatives. You are open-minded and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You are organized and good at prioritizing your work which makes you also a great multitasker. You enjoy working both independently as well as in a team.

**Here’s what we think you need to succeed in this role**:

- Excellent German, English is a plus
- You are located in Berlin, Germany
- You are available for six months
- Ideally, you have your first experience working in HR
