**We're looking for a reliable cleaner (f/m/d)** who enjoys keeping things in order - clean, tidy, and with an eye for detail.

**About us**
Leucht One is a company that supports start-ups and new projects. We’re active in several locations across Germany. Our Berlin team runs the _werkhain_ - a coworking space right in the heart of Friedrichshain.

It’s a place where creative people come together: to work, brainstorm, drink coffee, and occasionally celebrate. To make everyone feel welcome, a clean and well-maintained environment is essential to us. And that’s where you come in.

**Your responsibilities**
You make sure that everyone feels comfortable in our space - by keeping everything clean, tidy, and ready for the day.
You work independently, keep an eye on what needs to be done, and decide on your own schedule what to clean and when.

This includes:

- daily cleaning of the restrooms, kitchen, and work surfaces
- emptying the trash bins
- regular vacuuming and mopping in all communal and office areas

In short: With your effort, you help keep werkhain a well-kept and welcoming place where people enjoy working and spending time together.

**Your profile**
- You’re reliable, detail-oriented, and take pride in your work
- You’re motivated and flexible
- Ideally, you have experience in facility or commercial cleaning
- You enjoy working independently and taking responsibility
- You’re physically fit and don’t mind a few extra stairs
- You want to contribute to cleanliness and a positive atmosphere at werkhain
- You’re proactive and decide on your own what needs to be done - without a fixed schedule, but with a good sense of what matters

**What you can expect from us**
- Whether mornings, evenings or Saturdays - we’ll arrange your working hours together in a way that suits you
- A great team that’s genuinely happy to have you on board
- Free coffee (barista quality with your favorite milk), tea, and water
- Come as you are - no dress code here
- An hourly wage between €15 and €18, depending on your experience
- You’ll work 20 to 25 hours per week
- Your contract will initially run until 31 July 2026 - with the goal of extending it
