You will be part of the HARMAN #ReadyUpgrade Team. In this Role you will colaborate with an international Team of engineers and experts in Automotive Bluetooth / WiFi and Compute Modules. We look for skillful and engaged talents with technical or Program Mangement background.

What You Will Do
- Program responsibility for realization of Module (Compute / BT/ WiFi) Programs in close alignment with the program manager
- High sense of responsibility and ability to work independently in the area of planning, controlling esp. cost/budget controlling
- Active alignment with product management and other internal Stakeholders in respect to schedules, deliveries and technical contents
- Participation and support during budget planning of programs and compilation of development requests
- Planning of samples and peripherals
- Technical steering for selected functional areas
- Regular meetings with Product Management for all aspects of technical status, program progress and product alignment
- Support transition from prototyping to production incl. Ramp-up
- Ensure transparent reporting towards internal Stakeholders

What You Need
- University degree in engineering (Electrical Engineering, Information Technology or appropriate graduation or technician)
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience
- Knowledge in terms of methodologies in project management especially w/r to planning and controlling preferred
- Ability to analyze, to communicate and to present
- Ability to work under pressure
- Excellent skills in MS Office, MS Project. Knowledge of SAP is an advantage.
- Technical and commercial German and English fluently
- Willingness to travel
