**Role Overview**:
We are seeking a skilled Key Account Manager to join our client's team as a Field Sales Representative. In this role, you will hold responsibility for supporting, as well as driving long-term sales and profit growth among assigned target and existing customers, with a primary focus on independent retailers. Your objective will be to identify new opportunities, leverage products and services, and enhance market penetration while ensuring all business decisions comply with legal frameworks.
**Responsibilities**:
- Acquire new customers and expand existing customer base at the store level.
- Cultivate and sustain a network of relationships with key retailers across various organizational levels.
- Deliver professional sales presentations and proposals.
- Collaborate with sales support for timely communication of project proposals, offers, reports, and meeting outcomes to customers.
- Maintain oversight of all invoices, products, services, and sales prices sent to assigned customers.
- Develop project plans with clients, securing client orders at each project stage before service provision.
- Proactively engage with internal offices, departments, and team members.
- Develop and update strategic business plans for the designated client area annually.
- Adjust quarterly sales forecasts as part of the forecasting process.
- Provide bi-weekly reports to the Country Manager detailing key activities, priorities, opportunities, risks, customer information, and financial data.
- Gather and share competitive intelligence.
- Participate in and represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, and congresses.
- Install and follow up on test installations.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the retail sector.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients.
- Proficiency in project management and sales forecasting.
- Capability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Willingness to travel as required.

**Experience**:
- Selling Solutions to clients: 3 years (preferred)
- Field sales Representative: 4 years (preferred)
- Retail Sector: 3 years (preferred)
