Our _**_Sir Nikolai Hotel_**_ is now looking for a _**_Housekeeping Supervisor (M/F/d)._**
- working closely with the Hotel Manager and other department heads;
- contributing to the continuous improvement of standard processes in service and quality in housekeeping;
- organizing your team and motivate them to top performance to make housekeeping a complete success;
- supervision and training of the housekeeping team;
- taking responsibility for the perfect condition of the hotel rooms and public areas for our Sir Nikolai guests.

**Job requirements**
- You have several years of professional experience in housekeeping in a comparable position;
- You work with great conviction and enjoy working in a team to achieve common goals;
- Your profession is your passion, which is reflected in the quality of your work and your style;
- You inspire others with your drive and hands-on mentality;
- You love learning new things and guest satisfaction is close to your heart;
- You know how to make our guests a part of our community;
- You have excellent hosting and communication skills in English & German
