**Your Tasks**:
- Responsibility for the financial accounting and monthly closings of designated European Beiersdorf companies
- Cost center accounting and preparation of Statement of Income (SOI) according to IFRS and group-specific guidelines
- Coordination and preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with local GAAP (e.g. HGB) and IFRS
- Ensuring integration between the SAP modules FI, CO and SD
- Self-reliant analysis and documentation of accounts and financial statements
- Contact for financial and tax auditors
- Responsible for G/L account and cost center master data and account assignment specifications
- Bank accounting
- Monitoring and reporting of VAT transactions and contact person for questions related to VAT
- Posting of wage, salary and pension payments
- Active development of processes and systems in financial accounting
- Participation in international projects
**Your Profile**:
- Successfully completed professional education in business administration with additional certificate as an accountant (e.g. German “Bilanzbuchhalter”) or a Bachelor's degree with focus on finance and accounting
- First professional experience in finance and accounting
- Very good knowledge of international accounting standards (IFRS)
- Fluent in written and spoken English,German and another European language (for example: spanish, slovenian, czech)
- Structured, analytical working method
- Strong communication skills
- Team spirit and initiative, international mindset
