**Your tasks**:

- You work your way into topics of personnel development (e.g. talent management, succession planning, learning management) with regard to their digitalization with the help of systems and tools.
- You support the roll-out of the technical implementation within corresponding software solutions and also adapt the systems independently.
- You create evaluations, reports and analyses relevant to personnel development.
- You see yourself as an interface between HR development and IT and work closely with colleagues within and outside HR (e.g. IT, data protection) both nationally and internationally.

**Your profile**:

- Successfully completed university degree or comparable qualification
- Passion for the topic of IT in an HR context and an keen on technical challenges
- Basic understanding of how technical tools work - programming skills are not required
- High affinity for key figures and reports
- Basic knowledge of project environments and enjoy working in an international context
- Team spirit paired with independent working style as well as a confident appearance and strong communication skills
- Good to very good knowledge of written and spoken English and German
