**Seeking Freelance Video Game Producer (Remote, Based in Germany)**

We are a small indie studio currently preparing our first project — a **sci-fi narrative RPG**.
To strengthen our team and improve our chances of receiving funding, we are looking for an **experienced freelance Producer**, based in Germany.

**Requirements**:

- **Must have successfully shipped at least one video game** (Any platform, indie or commercial)
- Strong organizational skills in project planning, budgeting, and milestone structuring
- **Marketing experience is a plus**, especially regarding indie game promotion and crowdfunding, but not required

**Job Details**
- **Position**: Part-time, freelance
- **Start date**: January 2026 _(pending successful funding)_
- **Application deadline**: Before **8th September 2025**

**What You’ll Do**
- Define clear milestones and a production schedule for the demo/prototype
- Help coordinate a small, focused team (writer/programmer and artist) and any freelancers
- Write regular progress reports during demo development
- **Prepare and advise on our Kickstarter campaign** following the demo
- Help shape realistic timelines, handle task prioritization, and manage risk
- Support **basic marketing strategy** for the demo and crowdfunding campaign (messaging, visibility, positioning)
