In order to increase the flexibility in our Customer Service team, we are now looking for a **Working Student **to work with our experienced technical experts in** Germany** and **Spain**; to help our customers and their end users with any questions they may have about our products and provide advice and support. As a Working student in our **Customer Service team **at finleap connect, you will get the chance to learn and experience **Open Banking** and the innovations in this field. This is a** hybrid position **with semi-regular in-person events and meetings. We are looking for someone who’s currently a registered student in a University close by one of our offices in Germany (**Berlin **or **Hamburg**).
**Your role and goals**:
- You will be the first point of contact for our partners (especially FinTechs and banks) and their customers / users
- You answer general questions about the product and perform analyses independently
- You create bug tickets for the product teams in case of technical problems
- You get to know our products and processes and learn to answer questions independently
- You create and maintain our knowledge base, documentation and training materials.
- You troubleshoot technical issues and fast track them to the product teams in urgent cases
- You inform internal stakeholders about repeating issues and are the first line of product improvement
**What does success look like in this role?**
- You will gain your first experience in the fast growing Fintech sector / startup world
- You will gain an understanding of what Open Banking is and how it can be used to support financial management of users
- You will learn how to analyze technical software issues using different troubleshooting tools and build an understanding of software architecture and management
- You will get insights into how product management works for software products and become an active part in identifying product improvements
- You will learn how to communicate with our business customers as well es with their end users
- You learn how to effectively and efficiently collaborate in a team as well as with cross-functional departments
**What you bring to the team**:
- You are a registered student in a University in Spain
- You are business fluent in **Spanish** and **German** (as you work with our clients in the DACH & Iberian region) and English
- Some prior experience in customer service is desirable, but not mandatory
- You are eager to learn and can quickly familiarize yourself with new topics
- You like to face new challenges frequently and can quickly adapt to changing conditions
- You are highly self-motivated and enjoy teamwork.
