**Your responsibilities**

**Successful implementation of assigned events**:

- Operational project management in a team or independently, including all internal and external service provider coordination and commissioning
- Active exchange with internal clients
- Involvement of team colleagues
- Committed participation in and/or management of working groups for event implementation
- Participation management
- Participation in protocol issues and tasks
- Adherence to the specified event budgets and the corresponding company guidelines

- Demonstrate willingness to perform and take (joint) responsibility for the department's goals
- Promote team cohesion
- Demonstrate a willingness to provide service internally and externally at all times
- Implement the Uniper Way personally and pursue it in internal and external cooperation

**Your profile**
- Good school-leaving certificate (at least Fachhochschulreife) with strengths in German and English
- Further language skills welcome, but not necessary
- Completed training as an event manager or comparable qualification in the hotel or catering industry
- In addition, at least one to two years of practical and operational professional experience in the event sector, preferably in a corporate environment
- Relevant technical/university degree in a corresponding field desirable, but not required
- Excellent organizational skills and structured, goal-oriented planning, even under pressure
- Confident in dealing with internal event participants and external guests, possibly also high-ranking personalities
- A positive charisma and a confident manner with a service-oriented attitude
- Enjoy dealing with people and a friendly demeanor combined with good communication skills
- Fluent in written and spoken German and English
- Extensive experience in using MS Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) and event participation management programs
- Travel, often overnight or over several nights, including international travel in some cases
- Frequent assignments outside of regular office working hours
