**Aufgaben**:
How do we at Mercedes-Benz shape our physical Retail Experience and create a luxurious Customer Retail Experience that stand out from the crowd of competitors (and we are not just speaking about the OEMs)? You can be part of the journey towards this answer. Proofing that physical Retail is not dead - boring retail is.
We are currently looking for an intern to support our team. Starting as soon as possible and with a minimum of 4 month.
Bring your strengths into the dynamics and support us with your customer-oriented view. We, within the Team “Formats, Processes & People” are leading the way to aligned and purpose-driven formats, a convincing performance of customer interaction through our staff on-site, and optimized Retail processes worldwide (inner-city formats as well as the classic “Autohaus”).
**Your tasks:
- Assist us while working on strategic questions
- Organizing meeting and workshops independently
- Assisting the Team Lead by drafting and optimizing visualizations, to bring our projects and visions one step ahead towards Management
- Creating project presentations (incl. new online & offline methods) in corporate design
- Working cross-functional and getting to know regional and market specific requirements from across the globe
- Assisting the team on an operational level and being able to gain insights in different projects and concepts
**Qualifikationen**:
- Students enrolled in Degree programs as Economic Sciences, Business Administration, Sales Management, Retail Management, Sales and Marketing or similar
- Very good communication skills and proficiency in English and German
- Experiences with MS-Office
- You are a team player
- Fast perception and the talent to settle in quickly
- Analytical mindset
- Logical and solution-oriented way of working
