Administrative Support Specialist (M/F/d) - Onsite

Your Mission:
Your daily tasks

Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure efficient day-to-day office operations.

Manage office supplies, equipment, and maintain office filing systems.

Assist with scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.

Translate documents and communications between Mongolian and English, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.

Provide translation support during meetings and presentations as needed.

Support office management functions, including coordinating travel arrangements, event planning, and logistics.

Ensure that the office is well-maintained and that administrative tasks are completed on time.

Serve as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.

Convey information clearly and professionally through both verbal and written communication.

Organize and manage office calendars, scheduling, and appointment coordination.

Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other office documentation as needed.

Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Work closely with colleagues across departments, fostering a collaborative and supportive office environment.

What we are looking for:
Bachelor’s Degree in International Relations, Business Management, or a related field.

Proven experience in an administrative support role.

Languages with document translation (English and Mongolian) is highly preferred.

Previous experience in office management is a plus.

Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Mongolian.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
