**The role**:
As the Intern - International Brand Marketing Measurement, you’ll join a cross-functional team that owns the marketing communication for HelloFresh’s portfolio of brands across 13+ active markets. As part of your responsibilities, you will support the campaign measurement coordination effort hand-in-hand with the local and global teams by providing data, reports, content creation support and documentation for our brands’ portfolio (HelloFresh, EveryPlate, Green Chef, Chefs Plate and Factor). This might entail supporting team members analyzing initiatives or campaigns, but also working with the Paid Marketing, Market Research and Marketing Analytics teams to gather relevant data. You will collaborate closely with our Senior Manager Campaign Analytics and local Brand Marketing teams. Your work will have an immediate impact on the way HelloFresh sounds and looks to the external world.

**What you’ll do**:
- Analyse the metrics from initiatives and campaigns that ran in our markets, helping to draw conclusions and develop recommendations based on data
- Support our Senior Manager Campaign Analytics in maintaining existing reports and dashboards and developing new ones, as well as contribute to developing approaches to how we evaluate the impact of our initiatives
- Support the Director Marketing Communication and the whole Marketing Communication team on creating a structure and documenting our resources in Confluence
- Help build long-lasting set-ups and processes using Jira and other platforms throughout global and local Brand teams
- Convert metrics, tracking and other data into easy-to-understand presentations and dashboards for rapid understanding and decision-making
**What you’ll bring**:
- You are a team player with a can-do attitude and adept at working in a fast-paced and agile environment
- You feel comfortable using both qualitative and quantitative data to validate hypotheses and drive decisions
- You are comfortable with data analysis and reporting, have good Tableau skills and some experience with SQL;
- You are comfortable with Excel / Sheets and Pivot tables
- You are structured and at ease with complex measurement tasks and how they can be tackled
- You have the mindset and ability to work and communicate in a fast-paced environment
- You are a doer with a hands-on and no-task-is-too-small attitude
- Studying for / recently graduated from Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in Economics, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or similar quantitative discipline
- You are fluent in English
- You possess superb attention to detail and organizational skills
