**What We’re Looking For**:
We are looking for a Working Student (f/m/d) in Finance & Accounting (up to 20 hours/week).

In this role, we offer a great opportunity to work on meaningful financial projects, gain hands-on experience in finance and accounting, and learn the day-to-day operations in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Handle incoming invoices using Candis (control, corrections, pre-booking, approvals, export, etc.)
- Record incoming invoices and outgoing payments in Datev
- Perform regular account and balance reconciliations
- Process (ad-hoc) inquiries from internal & external stakeholders
- Prepare expense reimbursements and travel expense reports
- Support the dunning process for outstanding receivables
- Prepare data, manage accounting tasks, and coordinate with our debt collection agency
- Participate in finance or interdisciplinary optimization projects

**We Expect**:

- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented work style
- High numerical aptitude with attention to detail
- Familiarity with financial processes; ideally initial accounting experience
- Motivation and eagerness to learn
- Clear communication skills (written and spoken)
- Fluency in both German and English
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and/or G-Sheets
- Organizational skills and a sense of responsibility
