**Your duties**:

- You support our customer experience with measures in the area of customer relationship management to support our growth process.
- You independently process requests from the various departments for the implementation of reporting and dashboards.
- You manage system requirements together with the IT department.
- You are responsible for data maintenance, data quality and user training.

**Your profile**:

- You are studying business administration or another relevant field of study.
- You have already successfully completed your undergraduate studies and are available as a working student for at least two semesters.
- You have an affinity for numbers and an understanding of technology.
- Ideally, you have basic knowledge of customer relationship management.
- Solid experience in using Office programs as well as good written and spoken German and English round off your profile.
